Ingredients

  • 2 cups rice milk
  • ½ cup vegan chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Cooking Directions

  1. Combine rice milk, chocolate chips, and vanilla extract in a saucepan over medium heat. Whisk until the chocolate chips are melted and the mixture is hot, about 5 minutes.
Add a chai tea bag to the saucepan for a chai-spiced hot chocolate; Coconut milk, soy milk, or almond milk may be used in place of rice milk, if preferred.
